I know the Sims 3 doesn't lend itself to running its own business like the Sims 2: Open for Business. Now I have a pretty good idea of how to design the restaurant, but I'm wondering about functionality. It basically needs to be the focal point of my town.
It appears at least once per episode, but usually more, two main characters live in the apartment above (Luke and his nephew, Jess), three main characters have worked there (Luke, Jess and Lane) and the Lorelai and Rory say that they eat their about one day, if not more. I was recreating Stars Hollow in the Sims 2, but the idea of being able to walk around the town in an open neighborhood my the Gilmore Girls characters seems so magical to me.Īnyway, one of the characters on Gilmore Girls is Luke, who owns his own diner. I want to eventually play as the characters too. So I recently got the Sims 3 and one of the things I've been doing is very slowly recreating Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls.
